I received this kit as a gift. It’s my third one and by far my favorite. Oh my gosh… it is just unreal. I haven’t seen anybody else post this specific kit so I hope my photos do it justice. A thousand times more breathtaking in person though. I think my favorite elements are the arched ceilings and the 3d statue. I will warn you that this kit is not for beginners. I’m naturally pretty good at working with miniature things because I have experience with assembling/painting minifigures, and I’m also a nail tech/artist. But this kit was difficult. If you’re weird like me, you will appreciate that LOL. The more complicated it is the more I want it.The most tedious parts were making all of the books. I included a pic of how many books you have to make. Must’ve been around 100 of them. Thankfully the book covers are all stickers, not cut and paste. So it was time consuming but easy. Second most tedious part was the lighting, but that’s to be expected with book nook kits. I managed to install the lights with some finesse. 100% worth it, the detail in this kit is spectacular. I will definitely purchase more kits from mini city because just browsing through the catalogue makes me want to hide my credit card.
